Bringing Copenhagen one step closer to Broadway.

Founded in 2022 by an international group of singers and musical lovers, the CPH Musical Theater Co’s mission is to perform and encourage broader appreciation of musical theater in Denmark.

Rachel Kador

Founder and Artistic Director

Prior to co-founding the CMTC, Rachel served as Chairperson of the Copenhagen Theatre Circle where she also produced, wrote, directed, and performed in multiple plays and concerts. Having spearheaded the CTC’s annual Fringe Festival for five years, she is committed to engaging with the broader Copenhagen theatrical community and showcasing new and emerging talent. Originally from the US, Rachel is a classically trained soprano with many years of experience in musical theater singing and performance and is excited to present more musical theater to Copenhagen audiences in its original language.

In 2022 Rachel was named one of the year’s top five English-language theater trailblazers in Copenhagen.
