Dinner and a Show Tune: CPH’s newest musical theater group partners with supper club for a delicious concert series
CPH Musical Theater Co, in collaboration with Lamfuz Madklub, will launch a new dinner theater concert series on Thursday, September 8 at Stalden (Krudttønden) in Copenhagen, featuring social dining and beloved showtunes in a cozy, romantic environment.
After the success of their debut concert — The Little Things We Do Together, a tribute to Stephen Sondheim — in May, the Copenhagen Musical Theater Company (CMTC) is excited to embark on a new musical journey with a tasty twist.
Together with Lamfuz Madklubben, which operates the restaurant and cafe in Krudttønden, CMTC will present a series of musical theater concerts, highlighting favorite songs from some of the biggest Broadway and West End shows, full of behind-the-scenes stories, trivia, and lots of laughs.
Come early for a delicious vegan dinner inspired by Nepali cuisine with fresh seasonal organic vegetables, grains, and beans. Book a dinner seating at 17.30 or 18.30 for just 79 kr (39 kr for children). The musical theater show kicks off at 20.00 with tickets at 95 kr (65 kr for students), meaning guests can enjoy a dinner and a show for less than 175 kr.
The first concert will be held on Thursday, September 8th, with regular performances to follow. Each concert will present new repertoire, organized around a different theme, and will feature special guest performances.
